I would like to compliment Bradley (not sure what his surname is) on the SUPERB service that I received yesterday. After visiting Absa where I have an existing loan, they would not listen to my explanations about my expenses even though I have never defaulted on their loan and I was declined. I decided to take a chance with Nedbank. From the minute I walked in it was an awesome laid back experience. Bradley greeted us with a warm smile and I immediately felt at ease. Working in the financial industry makes me not take nonsense from any bank, but Bradley was entertaining, patient, kind, friendly and he patiently listened to my explanations. He made me feel like his only client and that my needs were important too. I commend him on his professionalism and attitude towards his job. Bradley I wish you all the best in your future endeavours and hope you get the recognition you deserve. Even if I could be declined, the process was THE best that Ive had.
