My Dad's birthday was on the 18th of January. We decided to spoil the 2 seniors for a week away and did a booking at Crystal Springs through Trade Unipoint. After making the booking and paying the money over electronically, I was a bit skeptical when I did not receive a guest certificate even after payment was confirmed. I spoke to a very friendly lady by the name of Cornelia and she directed me to Lizelle. In no time at all my concern was put to bed and the necessary documentation reached my inbox in approximately 10 minutes... in my Dad's name and all. They are currently enjoying their last day at the resort and did not experience any hassles. A BIG thank you to you ladies for going the extra mile and make admin a "no hassle" event! Will make my next booking very soon... Regards
