Non confirmation of booking - after 7 days!!!

I was made to join Holiday Access in January whilst on holiday near Club Mykonos. Part of the welcome package was a free midweek accommodation. I have exercised my privilege and in dealing with Holiday Access rep Ms Izelle Drips turned to be a soon to be nightmare experience. I made contact with them (her) on Tuesday 2, July 2013 (sent her an email), she sent an email the following day requesting ID numbers etc. In follow up on the booking status on Friday, I was informed by the lady who answered the phone that i must call on Monday as all those dealing with bookings have all gone home. I called on Monday, was then informed that I will be sent a guest certificate for one of their resorts around Cape Town, its now 4pmCAT and no guest certificate issued to me nor the resort I am supposed to sleep at tomorrow, I am hugely disappointed at this service and I cannot help but to express my disgust at this kind of treatment that might just spoil my relationship with the Holiday Access
