Hi, I am complaining on behalf of my parents. Everytime they receive there account it is in arrears. The money gets debited from there account every month. They are never informed that there are extra costs involved. They only pay what they agreed on. Only after a few months they tell them that they have to ask permission from them in order to pull off the arrears which is very frustrating. When they try to call them they can never get through. My parents tried to book a holiday but they never get a booking where they want to go. It is fully booked. The consultants that assist sometimes if you lucky to get through always ask you to hold on the line so that they can check if there is a booking available for you which is also very frustrating and costly because you have to hold on the line for a long time before they eventually can help you with a booking or query which is increasing there telephone account. These consultants will never tell them that they will call you back regarding there query. Very dissappointed and unhappy with this service. Please help!!!
