I find it very frustrating when dealing with Holiday Club. I made a booking for a holiday and I had some problems regarding my booking Remi promised to look at my issue and revert back to me in the coupler weeks I'm still waiting.
Today called the JHB office, I was told Maria will call me back she hast responded.
I'm writing this email out of frustration because whenever I want to make a booking ill be told someone will call me back and it has never happened since joining this nerve wracking organisation.
Big regret why I bought, don't even go to things that where promised and not delivered during sales pitch
