Waiting for a promised refund

I am still waiting for a ticket refund I was promised would be paid into my bank account last week already. I have provided them with all the necessary details in order to transfer the money into my account. I have spoken to the staff at the Flight Centre Pavilion branch and I was promised the lady who dealt with me would follow up and come back to me. I am still waiting. I have now resorted to calling her and leaving messages, but she ignores and doesn't return my calls. I would be grateful if this is dealt with as soon as possible.
