Incompetent ill tempered staff breech of promise

We traveled from saudi arabia with saudi arabian airlines and from Johannesburg from cape town on british airways on the 3rd of January 2014. When we made the booking we where promised that British airways would honor saudi airlines weight of 2 bags of 23kgs and 1 10lt sealed container of holy water, as it was a connecting flight but on trying to check in the staff apparently knew nothing about it, or at least some of them, as itwas a group booking we where about 50 people and half of us had no issues checking in as british airways staff it seemed only honored the weight of half the passengers and the other half they feinged ignorance about the promise. Unfortunately my family and I checked in with one such service consultant and when we pointed out that others had no issues with their 2 bags a person and 1 can of holy water we where shouted at, treated with disdain and when we asked to see a supervisor where made to wait while the clerk walk around complaining that about us to any1 that would listen. It was a humiliating and exhausting ordeal as at that point we had already been waiting in the check I queue for 5 hours. We where forced to pay unfairly and treated like
