Contacted Visalogix on 06.01.2013 to get them to assist with an Urgent Nigerian visa. Consultant Stacey was the only one able to assist due to them only having skeleton staff. Please not I have dealt with Lungi many times at Visalogix and never have I had a problem! From the moment I dealt with Stacey she did not explain the procedure for the Nigerian Visa correctly to me, I had to constantly call her to find out information, she was never available to speak to or took more than 3hours to return my calls, if she bothered to return them that is. I then took it upon myself and contacted their JHB branch as I was getting no answers from Stacey and as I said above this was urgent but clearly not to Stacey. Today when I went in to hand in the paperwork and payment as per her instructions, she was once again too busy to deal with me so her colleague took the papers in. I then get an e-mail, not even a phone call from her telling me the payment is wrong and I must now pay an extra R5000, which was her fault not mine. I have been messed around by her day after day and her attitude stinks! She has definitely given Visalogix a bad name and I will not be making use of them in future!
