ABSA THE WORST SERVICE!!!

Good day

I have a bond account joint with my husband. We have now moved our bank accounts to Standard bank and i called absa to change the banking details. The women than answered the phone Stacey Anderson already had an attitude when she greeted that her TM Stacey Anderson had more of an attitude. This morning i called Wes bank and all my husband insurance companies and they changed the details for me.. But when i call this bank they say i don't have authority for a bond that is in my name @!!! this is ridiculous cause when the account goes in arrears they will be quick to call and now they treat you like you the off the earth... so glad we moving our bond soon..
And stacey anderson put the phone down in my ear... really absa you have employee's like that and you allow them to put phone down in clients ears???
