1. Booking were made telephonic-ally on 17/04/2013 for 8 people at 2pm on the 1 June2013
2. Numerous telephone calls were made to confirm booking, we were not able to reach any of the contacts
3.. A week before the 01 June, The Lake Hotel was contacted spoke to Lindy who took a message as there was no landline at the spa.
4. A follow up mail was sent on 27/05 - no response
5 30/05 spoke to Stacey (the receptionist at Spa) who confirmed the booking for 8 people at 2pm on the 1 June2013
6 On arrival we were notified by Stacey, there were not enough therapist for all 8 people.
7. They had 6 therapist onsite on which 2 left at 2'oclock
8. Relaxation in luxury Jacuzzi - as per Stacey this was broken & could not be used.
9. Relaxation in sauna or steam room - as per Stacey the steam room was over heating
10. Stacey was request to call the Manager / owner of the Spa (Fiorina) as Stacey she was known by many other name, she was not successful (073 864 8474 /078 737 5725)
11 There was other Patrons onsite also complaining about the resources (not enough gowns, slippers & the quality of the treatments were not up to standard)
12. 4 other complains were laid before
