Shame on you: customer services at Comair! I sent you 3 emails regarding an uncleared transaction on my credit card with no response. The transaction has now been cleared and reads KULULA SABRE 35695 /Z BONAERO PARK ZA 75412833365169923734024 for R4440.00. I already paid for my booking 9F9K2VT in November and want to know why I've been charged again. Kulula, please check your emails as I have just sent one through to you too. I am not in the habit of publicly naming and shaming, but it seems as if these duplicate / unauthorised transactions are a regular occurrence with Kulula?
