I got on the intercity Bus at 07:15 this morning, from Margate (KZN) to Jhb. The bus broke down just befor we could enter Marine Hill tollgate at about 10:30 we waited for about an hour for a mechanic who was supposdly on his way to fix the engine which had stopped working. Eventually after an hour and 30 mins we got another bus which looked newer. Right now we are sitting along the road side the bus has over heated and their is water spillage. When I contacted the callcenter I spoke to an Agent by the name of Nikita who told me straight out she didn't know have answers for me. I asked her to put me through to management so that I could get answers and she told me there is no management for intercity. I'm appauled at this bus service as this is now the 3rd time this has happened due to lack of service.
