"Our shocking treatment at Villa Azure"

My wife and I stayed at the Villa Azure B & B in February 2013 and enjoyed it very much. At that time the manageress was a lady by the name of Shirley. As we were planning our daughters wedding for December 2013 we thought that it would be a great place to accommodate our overseas family all together and provisionally booked all the seven rooms in the two buildings (which are separately owned but jointly run) which comprise Villa Azure. On arriving home in Johannesburg we contacted all the family in various countries around the world and confirmed with them that this was acceptable to them. I telephonically confirmed with Shirley that we would be taking all the rooms and would forward her the required deposits in due course to which she agreed. A few months later we proceeded to pay for four of the rooms in FULL at the quoted rates. The other three rooms were bookings from abroad and as they were having problems with making the payments from there, it was agreed verbally and by E-mail with the now new manageress, Nicolene that as the other roo
