I booked taxi's for four different time slots for my best friend's bachelorette in Sea Point and Greenpoint and received confirmation from Rikki's on 30 July.
Timeslot 1 - stand outside hotel and wait for taxi's, none appear. I phone and ask where they are. the answer? we don't have you on the system and can only send taxi's 20 minutes later. Unicab to the rescue.
Timeslot 2 - Our taxi's appear 10 minutes late. not too bad I guess
Timeslot 3 - 15 minutes late, Unicab to the rescue again.
Timeslot 4 - (this is girls only standing outside Decodance in Seapoint at 1am in the morning) 10 minutes late, driver phones us to say he only got the instruction now, he will be there in 10 minutes.
Unacceptable inefficient running of business. I am very disappointed because this added a lot of unnecessary stress to what should have been a great fun night.
