Taxi was booked well in advance (12 hours) and did not arrive at the specified time. Upon inquiry, I was told I would be notified about the situation, and after 15 minutes, I had to phone back and was told that " the taxi had broken down" and was told that he would then send another one. This amounts to breach of contract and is totally unprofessional. The person I spoke to this morning is Joshua. A functioning taxi should have been sent automatically and in time.
