The service provided by Excite taxi's is incredibly bad. Everytime I call them for a taxi I am hopefull that they will arrive on the time of reservation. But unfortunately they constantly keep letting me down. At the moment I am waiting for 30 minutes already and still no taxi. I called 5 minutes ago and apparently they already threw away my reservation and said that I need to make a new one. The lady also said that they had called me several times already and that there was actually a car which was not true. They have never tried to call me since I had no missed calls whatsoever. So disappointing to hear that they are lying over the phone to cover up their own mistakes.
This is the last time I'm using Excite taxi's.
