I am extremely dissapointed with the service

We went to Flight Centre on the 21 December 2013 at 7.30pm. The consultant was extremely friendly and informed us to leave all our details and preferred booking dates with her and she will inform the consultants on the following day to call as we requested.
We informed her that my wife brother passed away and we needed a flight by the 26 December or for the latest the 29 December so that she can attend his funeral. Furthermore we told her that we would not be available between 10.am and 11.10 am because we will be in church, but they are welcome to call us before 10 am or after 11.10am on the 22 December.
At 11.35 am we arrived at Flight Centre Canal Walk and i asked her why did they not contact me as yet. Her reaction was so arrogant and rude. She informed me that a ticket to Manila would cost me R13999.00 I said i went on the internet and it was cheaper. She then said bring me the proof. I brought the proof and then all of the sudden she could find a cheaper flight. Never apologized at all. Flight Centre says the are the cheapest, but i found a cheaper ticket and they never offered to compensate me as what their promises stand for.
Free ticket if we cannot beat any price.
