Terrible Support from FLIGHT CENTRE - CENTURY CITY

I am sitting in the States, trying to contact the Flight Centre agency in Century City (Canal Walk Mall). I have to change my flight ticket before the 9th of November otherwise I lose my ticket.

I have sent multiple emails the last couple of days to their branch at [Email Removed] only with the response to contact another person at a given email address. Sherwin Arends have been of no help at all, especially since he knows that this is crucial to sort out asap. It is as if they just want your money for the booking, then non after service help. I am definitely not making use of Flight Centre again!! Terrible service!
