I booked & paid for a ticket on a Roadlink bus departing from PE to CT. After a 3 hour delay the bus arrived at 11pm, but it had been overbooked and there were no seats for myself & 5 fellow passengers. We were told we could sleep on the floor in the office & catch the next bus in the next morning! As I had to get to CT by Thursday morning, I offered to take my own car and travel down with 3 other stranded passengers. We were told by an employee by the name of Lindy, that we would be refunded at the CT station office the following day. On arrival in Cape Town, the Roadlink CT station office refused to refund us. We were told to fill in and submit forms. Which we duly did. To date, despite phoning and emailing Elize Duarte (the manager of Customer Care head office) a total of 8 times and receiving read receipts, there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE.
