I am still waiting for my re-payment on my bus ticket after you left me stranded in Cradock. 2-3 weeks have gone past I still have not heard my beep from FNB saying you have deposited the money or heard from you to explain why I have not received it. Or is this the norm, leave people stranded take their money and promise re-payments for a none existent service?

What if that day something had happened to me... now imagine it was your son/daughter left on the side of the road night time in an unknown town with no place to sleep and they had to hitch a truck and a taxi just to get home.

My life is not worth R299.00! Please deposit my money back so that I can put it to good use like take out my son for ice cream, McDonalds let him enjoy my time whilst I'm still alive and not give to useless bus companies that don't care about people's lives.
