On 4th July 2013 my wife and three children were left waiting for 7am bus from Midrand. The bus arrived at 8:30 (not Roadlink). They almost left us behind had I not asked where they were going. They then changed buses mid way. This created a problem for us. Their rules state that seats are 1st come 1st seat, but you can make a seat booking which we did due to 3 children travelling with. When the change of bus occurred, we informed the driver that we wanted seats next to each other. He was rude, arrogant and clearly did not know the rules of his company as he said no seat bookings. We asked some people if they wouldn't mind moving and it became an issue. The driver refused to move the bus as he said we were sitting in a seat reserved for the driver to rest. How he proposed to rest in that seat while driving is another issue. We refused to move also and said to him what he had said to us, "I am not allowed to ask people to move". So I said he can't ask us to move. The driver also spoke on his cell while driving and even made a stop on the N3 to drop of his assistant who was going home.
