After a whole day of trying to make booking for my children, I called BA Executive and spoke to Evidince Kau whom was very patient and understanding. He took time to calm me down and assured me that he will try his level best to assist, which he did. At the end of the call he had managed to book my children, unaccompanied to a correct flight with reasonable amount. Very polite and seem to be warm hearted pern. Thank you for making my day!
