Made a booking about July 2013 for Bangkok/Singapore/Malaysia. Made 100% payment by begin of October 2013. Emailed, phoned and sms continuously since October 2013 for vouchers and e-tickets. Promises that we would be given tickets every week thereafter. to us that all was sorted out and that the delay was because of group bookings.
Opened case with SAPS on Thursday 12 Dec 2013 after Jane & Petunia at ATL said that they were being investigated by Hawks as Ahmed was no where to be found and nil bookings were confirmed with flights and accommodation.
Received a letter Dated 17 December 2013 offering us a full refund within 30 days or fly later and Ahmed now blamed his head office for mixing up dates. This is bogus as we were following up daily with ATL.
Waiting to see if ATL (Ahmed) would deliver as per their letter to us of a full refund.
Never ever had this problem with any other travel agents.
