I booked a tour through Atl tours for 2 nights Egypt, 7 nights in Jordan and 6 nights Israel starting from the 12- 27 December 2013.I paid an amount of R58000, 00 to ATL tours for the whole trip. The tour included flights, accommodation, hotels and transfers. We agreed on itinerary that I gave them and before departure was given a different itinerary was shocked i called them made them aware that not happy with the changes but it was too late as I had to leave. When arrived in Jordan Ahmed the agent organised sightseeing with Karma House tours. Never paid them. I called Ahmed he told me to pay he has technical problems unfortunately my credit card was swallowed by an ATM so i couldn't't. He kept on promising Karma Tours that he will deposit the money and he never did. They paid everything even the flights from Jordan to Cairo, was supposed to fly from Israel to Cairo and he cancelled it. The hotel i was staying in, never paid i realised when check out given a hotel bill, the hotel manager kept on calling and said he will pay, the hotel didn't't want to release me until i pay, i was saved by a call i made to friend to pay. I claim a full refund from them my holiday was a nightmare depressing.
