Poor Service from Checkin staff

I sent my wife and 6 year old son down to Durban o visit her family on Kulula, check in staff at lanseria were superb and very friendly, how ever tonight when my wife goes to check in on Durban side the staff are rude and very arrogent, my wife had one bag between her and my son, and leaving durban the bag is now 22kg, The check in womanrefused to check it in even after my wie said she only has the one bag between two people, she then went out of the queue and took some items out, and rejoined the queue to be servered by another woman, as my wife arrived at this woman, she answers the check in woman picks up her phone and speaks to the other woman who did not want to help my wife, she then proceeds to "interogate" my wife about her bag and hand luggage, all in a very rude mannor, we travell often on Kulula and I find this service disgusting especially as my wife is traveling alone with my son and ow has the added stress of arrogent and rude staff... I will definitly consider other airlines if thi is the service Kulula is going to give in futute. My wifes flight tonight is MN615.
