My husband and I booked a holiday via holsboer for placid waters and for some personal reasons had to cancel the holiday. The cancellation was done well in advance and we paid the required 440 for cancellation. The agent responded to say that all was in order. However, on Friday the 20th of December, our account was debited with the full amount payable for the reservation. We have no one to speak to as easi holidays is closed, and we are now left with no other alternative.
Please assist as we need that money back into our account. I just cannot understand the miscommunication between the different departments within easi holidays as the debit order should not have been scheduled in the first place post the cancellation of the holiday
