Mango's plain delayed us with 3hrs

I am really unhappy with Mango's service on the 18th of December. I was suppose to catch a flight with Mango airline from Jhb to KZN on the 18th of December at 6:45. I live in Richards bay and had to organise transport to fetch me at King Shaka airport. The plain had a machanical problem and we got delayed with 3 hrs only arriving at King Shaka at 11am. But that's not the problem cause I can understand when a problem occurs. The problem is with the delay my transport had to leave as he had to get to work. It wasn't my fault that I where late it was Mango's fault and the least they could have done is help organise transport but they didn't't even care they ignored my problem as if it was nothing. I spoke to one of the Lady's at their help desk and her answer was "place a complain we can't help you." It cost me an extra R1800 for taxi fair and a further R450 for the guy who drove to king Shaka for nothing. Mango I am off about your service and will rather travel by bus or train than travel with Mango. You wasted my money threw your mistakes. Thanks for Nothing Mango. - Charles Holloway.
