VERY BAD ATTITUDE

I purchased a ticket for my mother on the 29 Oct 13. I was debited twice, today is the 5 Nov 13 and I am being told again that we need to investigate. This is, as my mom already flew on the 1st of November 13. So therefore the money was already in the account. I now need my money and not having any luck at all.

Despite the fact that we had to pay another R250 for name change at King Shaka, as my mom's name is Marietjie but in her Id book Maria... she has boarded Mango aircrafts numerous occasions with Marietjie, the customer service at Mango is very very very bad, they have no respect for there customers, I spoke to Noleen at Mango KIng Shaka and she had a very bad attitude, told her college next to her "can you believe that she said she pays my salary". I have news for you have no customers YOU WILL NOT HAVE A JOB... HELLOOO. I also spoke to the supervisor on duty (Rees) and they all had the same attitude. I will NOT fly Mango ever again. I am now holding on for Lebo investigating why my refund has not been done. It has been 15min and still no reply. Must say Mango is very when it comes to customer service. MANGO IS...
