My husband and I contacted Quentin to assist us in obtaining Indian visas for our much anticipated and already paid-for holiday starting on 21 Dec. Quentin promissed us a hassle free service and only yesterday admitted that he was unable to process our visas for no apparent reason, passing the buck. He left us 3 days before departure in quite a practical and financial predicament, with very few last minute options available. We invested R100 000 in this holiday. We want to seriously discourage any potential client from making use of his services.
Our holiday is on the line at present due to an unprofessional, unethical young man. Please dont fall into this pitfall.
