Just gotten a call from a Palesa advising that ATL has some technical problems and asking whether we can take our fully paid for 12 day Holiday to Thailand due to commence on 27th December sometime next year. This is a breach of contract and ATL is withholding my money having not delivered the services paid for. The owner of the company, a Ahmed Talaat has disappeared and not picking up calls. I need my money back if he cannot fulfil the contractual obligations.
