Horrible Response on SAA Voyage

I am looking to reset my voyager pin number and frankly the service is horrible. I have been waiting for the "reset email" for a week now.

At least I know i wont be flying SAA anymore. This year alone i flew 12 international and national trips and wanted to claim them on Voyager.

Please recommend a better airline which has a better loyalty program.
