SAA Voyager only serving Gauteng members

SAA cancelled all direct flights from Cape Town to destinations other than Africa destinations, hence becoming a regional airline, Gauteng only, as oppose to a national Airline.
The result of this is that passengers from Cape Town flying to Europe is unable to upgrade to business class, using their Voyager miles as all the upgrades has been used by Gauteng passengers.. Voyager should have used logic and some commonsense and allocate a certain amount of seats for upgrades to Cape Town customers, they have the records of previous updates.
Voyager should inform their customers that they, Voyager, is now only catering for Gauteng passengers re upgrades and that their, the customers, voyagers miles cannot be used for upgrades any longer.
They then should cancel all membership of customers outside of Gauteng and give a monetary refund.
Voyager is blatantly, and without remorse or respect, breaking the contract that they have with their members.
