My Prime Holiday

I booked and paid for an 8 sleeper unit as advertised on MyPrimeHoliday's website, for a weekend away at Oasis Lodge in Margate more than a month before the arrival date. Upon arrival at the Lodge, my guests got put into two 4 sleeper chalets, one of which would not lock properly, so 2 of my guests got transferred to a 2 sleeper unit. The rest of my party arrived on the Saturday and there were therefore not enough rooms available for all of us. The 8 sleeper unit had already been booked with some other guests. After enquiring about this with the manager of the lodge, he told me that he did not know the reason for being split into two units and that he was just told what to do. We then had to find alternative accommodation as there was no other 8 sleeper unit available costing us double the amount we had to pay for the weekend away. I have sent numerous emails to both Charles Clark, the booking agent as well as Francoise Botha, also from MyPrimeHoliday to which they said they would come back to me but have not. It has been over a month now and my emails are ignored. The point was that we paid for an 8 sleeper unit but did not receive one.
