We arrived at call centre while the shop was about to close, She was already at the door with her handbag ready to go home. She just assisted us with a smile and went the extra mile. She is so passionate about her job. Its not a lot of people who can do that. Considering the fact that it was already after hours and she didnt give an attitude that the shop has closed. She just assisted cheerfully.
