I went to First National Bank this afternoon to sort out a couple of things on my accounts.
Although I waited a bit longer to be assisted, every minute was worth the wait because of the service that I received from Mr. Ngoako, a service consultant.
He not only assisted me with everything that had to do with FNB but went on to assist me with other matters that had to do with one of FNB's partners.
I didn't only leave the branch a satisfied customer, but a very happy one as well.
