Hereby we would like to send out a big thanks to Full Throttle Edenvale for going the extra mile. I went to buy a board short for my boyfriend on the 19th of December 2013 and when I got home it didn't fit so I had to exchange it for a bigger size. We drove back to the shop 2 minutes before closing time everyone was already outside ready to lock up and we asked if we could exchange the pants to our surprise they said sure come in. Unfortunately they didn't have a bigger size in store. The next day Clive spoke to us and said he will try and get us a bigger size as soon as possible from another store so we asked if we could get it before 4pm the afternoon as we had to catch a flight to Durban that afternoon. Clive organised with one of the staff/managers of the Vaal Branch to bring through the board short that same day. We got it before 4 that day and was so astonished that they would go that extra mile for a few bucks and to keep the client happy! I know they sell very high priced items in their shop and for them assist us in such a friendly helpful way was really awesome! I want to thank Full Throttle Edenvale for going the extra mile and always having a smile!
