We are trying to book a tour with Jenman Safaris with Liza Garlick. Liza is unable to spell my name correctly. When i asked her to please correct the spelling she managed for one email. The booking and invoice are incorrectly spelt. When i phoned her to ask her to rectify the matter she talked over me and would not listen. A booking clerk that cannot listen to her client is not what one wants to deal when trying to book and pay. Documents that have incorrect names when crossing borders proves very dissapointing as you can cross. Liza should not be dealing with the public.
