Poor quality and service at the Raj Monte Casino

I am a frequent patron at the Raj monte casino and have for the first time experienced an ordeal like this.
My Wife and myself had ordered drinks and supper, and in the meanwhile were served with papadums and sauce.
the sauce was really watery weak and looked like it has expired.
when i asked Liza (hostess-white) about this after getting up and walking to her, she advised that this product is a new recipe and it came from central kitchen.
i then asked my waiter tio give me a new one, and the new one was perfect.
I asked my waiter to call Liza and she took almost 15 minutes to get to me and ignored me.
I'm not but with her tone and voice, she treated me in an undermining way in front of other patrons. i will never visit the raj again and never will i tolerate behaviour.

Th Raj consortium should be careful who runs their franchises as i will convey this message toi all my other indian friends not to support them.
