On Sunday I went on-line to book a seat for my husband after trying for several times eventually managed to go threw the process only to find that on receiving the confirmation booking the dates were incorrect. Immediately tried to contact Kulula only to find this could only be done during operating hours. First thing on Monday morning my husband went directly to Kalula's offices at Lanseria airport to correct the matter only to have to pay a further R2000.00 to get the correct booking. I have spent 32 minutes holding on to find out how it is possible that we had to pay for their error so far costing us R5000.00 and being told it would be sent to there complaints department.
I am not a happy camper at this point.
