Apparently Khulula has changed their luggage policy, this came as a surprise to me, as I have used Kulula airlines frequently in the last 2 years. According to Prinesha, the attendant who checked in the luggage, stated quiet confidently that this policy has been in effect since 2011. I then requested to speak to the manager. Susan, the manager in charge confirmed the policy has been in effect since July 2012. Hmmm, well Kulula, if your employees are are not sure of the exact date this policy has changed, how would your customers know. I would like to inform Prinesha and Susan, who lack customer service etiquette, friendliness and any other characteristics needed when dealing with customers, that this policy change is not flagged on the website when booking a flight, neither is there any signage at your counters notifying passengers of you apparent change in policy.
