Policy in place so customers can fork out more

It was the most horrible experience to have early in the morning was almost in tears . your bag policy is such a money making scheme. I had two items which weighed under 20kg and I was asked to pay R350 . it cost more than half the price of the item I was taking with . your staff is also very rude and unfriendly . apparently you have rules in place were the person (Agape) assisting you is not suppose to give her manager's name . your manager on duty says that the reason you charge is because the less luggage the passengers bring the quicker the arrival time . come on!!! shouldn't your policy be the same for everyone. there was a lady checking in before me who had two items and I never asked her to pay in anything . only remembered now as I was too upset at the time . 'very disappointed ..will think twice before flying kulula again.
