This is a follow up of the complaint reported on the 30th November 2013.
Subsequent to this complaint the following occurred:
I was contacted by Arny (Club Leisure Head Office) on the 4th of Dec. I was advised that I would receive feedback by the afternoon of the 4th (this did not occur). In the above correspondence it was mentioned that I would be assisted in securing my reservation upon providing the documentation requested (which I provided) and to date (5 days after receiving the call) have not heard anything from anyone at Club Leisure. I emailed Arny on the 5th Dec inquiring about feedback but received no response. Is this how Club Leisure deals with customers? They just ignore you?
