I was booked on a flight from OR Tambo to Durban on the 27.11.2013 @ 17h50. I was at the check in at 17h25 and was refused entry on the plane even without luggage. I am aware that check in closes 40 minutes prior to depature however i was 10 minutes late and i believe that i should have been given access to board the flight. Due to the indiscretion i missed the funeral of a family member.
