I was on board a flight to Gabon departing on Friday 29/11/2013. When I arrived here I discovered my bags were not loaded including those of other passengers, possibility is aircraft was overloaded and instead of loading baggage belonging to passengers on board, they loaded only passengers to push the numbers going.
That is how airlines operating this way loose passengers to competitor. I am stuck here in Gabon without knowing when will I get my luggage. I had to buy clothes and other stuff which I need in my bag, I am totally disappointed by this as I fly SAA all the time, it is so strange why nobody bothers to let us know what is happening.
