I tried to make a booking 2 Return flights to Cape Town from Durban on line with TRAVELSTART. On both occasions having filled in ALL my details including Credit Card etc I was sent a message ..." Oops... something went wrong. Would you like to try again? " As I said I did that once and now have had 2 amounts of R214 taken out of my Credit Card! Ringing Standard Bank to try to reverse both has been a mission lasting 1 hour and I have now been told to ring THEM again tomorrow! Feeling more than a little angry!
