TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE

My director left a brand new sports jacket, from our UK company, on an inbound international flight from Dubai - Jhb. He realised his mistake about 2 hours from departing Jhb airport on the Friday. Over the next two days I was in contact with the lost baggage (local & domestic) departments however they had not received such an item and did not hold out much hope! I arrived in the office on the Monday to an email from Siyabonga Zuma stating that he was an Aviation Trimmer and had found the sports jacket on the aeroplane. He had googled our company using the embroidered logo on the said jacket and by chance got in touch with me - I was so happy and arrangements were made to collect the jacket from him. But my biggest surprise came when I wanted to give him a finders reward and the response was "As for the reward I am a ambassador for my company South African airways and going a extra mile to have a happy customer is my job. Maybe one day I can come and experience your industry just to see what you do for the animals you work with" - All I can say is WOW!! I am blown away by this mans integrity and I hope we can all take a little bit of hope from such a person that has humbled me!
