Horrible service

I was suppose to leave Durban on Friday the 13th Dec at 14H00, the bus did'nt arrive at the set time. i asked the employees and they said the driver is still filling up. one hour passed and still no one had the decency to tell us what was happening. i then went back and asked and i was told that the bus was stucked as there was too much traffic due to memorial service at Moses Mabhida. Other passengers started complaining and the bus finally came at 16H00. We left the bus station, it started raining, the bus didnt have wipers and the driver had to stop and wipe the window with a cloth. Serious problems started when the bus started overheating. now the bus had to stop along the way and the driver started forcing it. It was misty and the driver kept on pushing the bus. we finally stopped at Mooi River and i decided to cancel my trip. I was travelling with three kids and my two sisters. I booked a hotel and we stayed there until i got another bus on Sunday the 15th. I now want Roadlink to refund me all the expenses i incurred but they are telling me stories. This was the worst service i have ever received. I have all the receipts with me.
