Translux/City To City
4 hour delay & no apology

On the 14th of June I was at Park Station waiting for the City to City bus that was supposed to depart at 19:00 it only arrived at 23:00, no reason & no apology from the officials
When I finally got to my destination 4 hours late, the driver would not drop me off at the MacDonald's as it was clearly stated on my ticket but wanted to drop me off at the Pmb Station as they are not allowed to drop passengers at MacDonalds anymore
