Family member was en route from Paarl to Midrand johannesburg, the driver refused to stop at the midrand bus stop mentioning that he is not aware that there is any passengers going to that destination. when i called the call center they said that the co driver responsible for checking the tickets has probably fallen asleep, after much phone calls and arguing they had booked her on another bus in the opposite direction to get back to midrand. This has not only caused stress on the family member but has caused us to miss work due to the laziness and incompetence of the city to city staff. being the paying customer i expect more than this... i will be contacting the head office to insure that the people responsible will be reprimanded
