To whom it may concern
We have booked a ticket for my daughter to come home for the holidays, departing from Vryburg arrive at Potchefstroom. The bus departure time is 13:20 and arrival in Potchefstroom is 16:40. It is not the first time not the second time not the third time but several times that the bus is always late. We have to drive from Vereeniging to fetch her in Potch and it is another hour and a bit travelling. The road we driving is very very bad and dangerous, lot of pot holes. Now we will only arrive past 9 at night at home. This service is ridiculous.
